Hotel Complex "Bisser" is situated in Balchik, a picturesque city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera, only 45km from Varna airport and some 150km from the Romanian capital Bucharest. It is situated in its own park adjacent to the summer residence of the former Romanian queen Maria, famous with its unique architecture and botanical garden.
